Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Eric Dell is a seasoned veteran in the DFW-metroplex commercial real estate industry. Prior to starting Chatham Hill Commercial, Dell spent 5 years at Dogwood Commercial, an industry leading group in repositioning office, retail, and flex/showroom assets in DFW and beyond. Dell has been trusted with over 1.5 million square feet of office, retail, and flex/showroom space in a leasing and investment sales capacity.
